I’d use them again. From my experience, they seem like the kind of company that generally follows through, even if everything isn’t perfectly smooth every time. There were a couple little things that could’ve been better, but nothing that made me feel like I couldn’t trust them

"Bag arrived clean and felt safe to use"
I’m usually a little cautious about renting bags since you never really know how clean they’ll be, but this purse showed up in great shape. No odd smell, the inside was spotless, and even the hardware looked like it had been wiped down. I checked it over carefully before using it and felt totally comfortable. Really happy with the experience.

I ordered this bag in a bit of a rush and was a little nervous about buying used online. But the photos matched it really well—the corners, hardware, and inside all looked just like the listing, with no weird surprises. If anything, it looked slightly better in person. Really happy with it and I’d order again

I had to cancel my Bag Borrow or Steal order and thought it was going to be this whole annoying thing, but nope. I reached out, they handled it quick, and there wasn’t any weird back and forth or pressure to keep the order. The refund/update came through just like they said it would. Simple, simple process. 5 stars from me...

I’ve ordered from Bag Borrow or Steal a couple of times now, and both times everything went really smoothly. No random delays, tracking updated fast, and the bag showed up exactly when they said it would!
The return info was already in the box too, so that part was super easy. it’s just nice when an order goes the way it’s supposed to :)
